I'm not a typical CSM. I come from a web development background, crossed into B2B SaaS sales and customer success, and now I build AI and automation tools that solve real revenue problems. I bring the technical depth of an engineer and the commercial instincts of a revenue professional.
Over 5+ years I've owned the full post-sale motion — onboarding, health scoring, expansion revenue, and churn prevention — across mid-market and enterprise SaaS accounts. I've also led teams, built internal tools, and shipped production automation workflows that are running right now.
